Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Stunnique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unworn items in original condition
  • Items with original tags and packaging
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items worn or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Return

  2. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  3. Package items securely in original packaging when possible
  4. Ship using provided label within 5 business days

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. Customs fees are non-refundable.
